How we deploy AI
Not a PoC that ends there. One process, all the way to production.
Trying generative AI is easy; getting it into production is where projects stall. The cause is rarely the technology. It is missing internal design and missing involvement of the people on the floor. We treat the trial as the first half of production, and get both done there.
- Who it is for
- Companies that have one process they want in production. Any industry.
Phase 1
One process, running
- Scope
- One process: input (email, documents, forms) → AI → human approval → output (send, record). Includes one integration with an existing system
- Duration
- 6–10 weeks
- Fee
- Fixed price of JPY 1.5–3.0M (excl. tax), confirmed before start. Each additional integration +0.5M
- Payment
- 50% on start, 50% on delivery
Deliverables
- 01 Process design: what the AI does and what people do
- 02 A working system in the production environment
- 03 Go/no-go evidence for production: accuracy, time saved, remaining manual work
- 04 Quote and terms for Phase 2 (production), at no extra charge
- 05 Operating runbook
How it runs
-
Weeks 1–2
We verify the sample data and where it lives, and agree the first design with the people who run the process. If the data does not exist or the team cannot be freed up, we stop here and only the 50% paid at start applies.
-
Weeks 3–6
We build to the design. A 30-minute weekly meeting, adjusting against a running system.
-
Weeks 7–10
We run it in the production environment and turn accuracy and time saved into numbers. Whether to go to Phase 2 is decided on those numbers.
Technology

- Agents
- Claude Agent SDK, MCP
- Runtime
- Cloudflare Workers, D1
- Integration
- n8n
- Approval
- Slack
- Interface
- Dify
- Measurement
- Langfuse, Playwright
AWS, Google Cloud or Azure also work
- Phase 2
- At the end of Phase 1 we quote a fixed price for the remaining integrations and the operating scope, typically JPY 3–8M. Maintenance is 5–10% of the build cost per month.
- Team
- The CEO designs and is the single point of contact; engineers chosen by the CEO build.
- What we need from you
-
- One person who owns the process
- Samples of the work (past emails, documents)
- Access to the existing system
- What we do not do
-
- Tool resale only
- Training only
- PoC only
- Several processes at once
- Time-and-materials contracts
Advisory
AI consulting
- What
- Decide which process gets AI first, and deliver the design document. Implementation is Phase 1
- Form
- Monthly. A few sessions a month and questions in between
- Fee
- Depends on scope
