Our current stock centres on the RTX830. We are steadily sourcing RTX1210, RTX1220 and SWX series units. Tell us the models and quantities you need and we will contact you first when they arrive.
Q. Can you handle orders below 10 units? +
Our wholesale baseline is 10+ units. For ongoing recurring relationships, we can sometimes accommodate from around 5 units. Please share your target quantity and frequency via the inquiry form.
Q. Is there a warranty? +
As used equipment, we do not offer new-product warranties. However, all units are tested and reset at shipping. If a unit fails on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund.
Q. Can you issue invoices and receipts? +
Yes. Japanese qualified-invoice (インボイス) numbers can be included. Let us know billing details at order time.
Q. Any preferential pricing for recurring orders? +
Yes — pricing improves with committed monthly volume. Specifics are negotiated based on quantity and term.
Q. What about labels and accessories? +
Original labels, rubber feet, AC adapters, rack-mount kits and similar items vary per unit. Condition (grade A/B/C) and included accessories are documented in each quote.
